The Coating Thickness Gauges by ElektroPhysik from the MiniTest 700 series rank among the most accurate and versatile Coating Thickness Gauges measuring devices. The highlights of this family of devices are:
The device is available in 3 versions:
MiniTest 725: Measuring device with integrated sensor.
MiniTest 735: Sensor connected by cable to the measuring device.
MiniTest 745: The sensor can be optionally plugged into the device (equivalent of an integrated sensor), connected by cable to the device, or connected wireless via Bluetooth to the device.
The MiniTest 700 series devices facilitate non-destructive coating measurement of non-magnetic coatings (paint, synthetic material, chromium etc.) on ferromagnetic substrates (steel) and of insulating coatings (varnish, enamel, synthetic material, anodising aluminium etc.) on conductive substrates (aluminium, copper, austenitic stainless steel).
We have reasserted our position of leadership in the Coating Thickness Gauges market with the SIDSP sensors, an outcome of decades of experience in developing special sensors and the use of state of the art technology. SIDSP stands for "Sensor Integrated Digital Signal Processing", meaning that a special micro processor (DSP) collects, filters and processes measurement values in the sensor head.
We would be happy to provide you with advice to select the right sensor; avail of our offer and call us or send us an email. Together we will determine what is the optimal configuration for you and even gladly assist you subsequently in operating the device. We owe it to our customers to provide consultation and it follows that it is offered free of cost.
On account of the compact design and multi-functionality of the connectable sensors the device can be used for the most varied measuring jobs:
Menu-driven operation via graphic interface. Instructions and help texts in 20 languages help you with the settings.
The pre-defined calibration procedures assist you in calibrating as per international standards (ISO, SSPC, etc.).
There is a separate user guidance for measurements on rough surfaces.
The measurement data saved in the MiniTest 725 / 735 / 745 devices can be transferred by USB or Bluetooth to PCs, tablets or smart phones. You can save up to 10,000 measurement values in the MiniTest 725 and 735, and up to 100,000 measurement values in the MiniTest 745.
This enables you to record measurement values on site and to evaluate and archive them at a later point in time.
The delivery of the device includes the data transfer software MSoft 7 basic. The advanced software MSoft 7 Professional will help you can manage and evaluate the measurement values.
